Our 20 years of experience in the manufacture of plastic pipes and recycling have allowed us to develop exceptional skills for the use of all kinds of plastics.
Thanks to our partnerships with local and regional companies, the mining industry as well as with municipalities, PPI recovers and recycles a wide variety of plastic destined for landfills that no one wants to recycle.
We have a 16,000 square foot dome with a concrete slab to prevent contamination. We offer our partners the opportunity to drop off their products and also offer pick-up under certain conditions.
We have an active and sustained approach with our partners to ensure that recovery operation costs are as low as possible. We are proud of this achievement.
We can receive your residual materials in several forms at our facilities in Sainte-Émélie-de-l’Énergie, which has three buildings totaling 35,000 square feet and 800,000 square feet of land.
Our equipment allows us to recycle 2,000 t per year.

Testimonials
On September 27, our very first plastic delivery took place at PPI, located in the municipality of Sainte-Émélie-de-l’Énergie. Management was on site to fully understand the company’s needs and visit the factory of Jean Bilodeau and Patrick Robidoux.
Particules Plastique Inc. has been manufacturing non-standard pipes for nearly 15 years. Following problems with the supply of raw materials to continue the smooth running of their operations, the company had to consider other options, including approaching companies and municipalities for the recovery of polyethylene and PVC pipes. The pipes are then shredded into particles to give them a second life.
The company mainly produces small diameters up to 6 inches used for coring for the mining sector. The region is proud to work with this local company to recover our waste pipes and bring our small sorting center back to life. We are looking for a similar partner for wood recovery.
Since 2018 Hutchinson Collaborates with PPI Inc. for the recovery of our plastic particles.
Only since January 2023, it is 9766 Kg that we have recovered. Since 2018, i.e. in 5 years, it is more than 100,000 kg of plastic particles.
This is a good way to reduce our ecological footprint.
